Tahini, Date & Cacao Cookies

Ingredients

  • 110g tahini paste
  • 50g chopped medjool dates
  • 30g ground almonds
  • 20g gluten free oats
  • 10g buckwheat flour (or any gluten free flour)
  • 15g raw cacao powder
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium egg

Method

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl
  2. Divide mixture into 16 even sized balls (about a tablespoon each)
  3. Flatten with a fork *Bake on a lined baking tray at 200 gas 6 for 8 minutes.
  4. Eat as quick as you can!
